Corngate Grow
Fractional farming, done in the right order
Grow is the idea that people could one day co-fund verified farm production cycles and share in outcomes — built on Farm Passport evidence, under a regulated structure. That order matters: identity and verification first, regulatory approval second, investment third.
How a future cycle would work
- A Farm Passport reaches verified status with monitored history — the evidence base.
- A specific production cycle is structured as a regulated offering with its own legal instrument, custody, disclosures and risk statement.
- Eligible participants review the farm's data room — verification trail, monitoring, risks — before committing anything.
- Funds, reporting and any distributions run under the approved structure, not through passport NFTs. Passport certificates are never fractionalized.
- The passport keeps recording reality: inspections, harvests, setbacks — whether the news is good or bad.
Where Grow stands today
- Passport registry live in pilot (this site) — the prerequisite layer.
- Legal and regulatory structuring: in preparation, targeting Ghana's SEC regulatory sandbox pathway under the 2026 sandbox guidelines.
- Sample data room and waitlist questionnaire: live below, using clearly labelled fictional demo data.
- Investment checkout: does not exist. The platform contains no code path that accepts deposits, purchases or mints investment tokens — and the feature flag that would expose one is off.

See what participants would review before any future cycle: verification trail, monitoring, costs and risks — using a clearly-labelled fictional demo farm, not a live offering.
Open the sample data room (fictional data) →Join the waitlist
Waitlist members get whitepaper updates, the sample data room, and first notice if and when a regulated pilot cycle is approved. Joining creates no obligation and confers no right to invest.
Nothing on this page is an offer, solicitation or investment advice. Any future offering would be made only under approved legal documents, to eligible participants, with its own risk disclosures — farming involves real biological, market and weather risk, including total loss of a cycle.
