Register an asset

Choose the passport type. Registration starts as an unverified claim — verification is a separate, logged workflow, and your status never overstates what has been checked.

Land Passport

Boundary, area, land use, claimant roles, survey or title evidence, photographs, access, utilities, restrictions and declarations.

~30–45 min with documents to hand

Tree Passport

GPS point, species, age or planting date, photographs, health and measurements.

~5 min per tree in the field

Farm Passport

Links one or more Land Passports with the operator, production cycles, crops and trees, infrastructure, buyers, insurance and monitoring plan.

~20 min once parcels are registered

Build in public · Phase 3

The self-service registration wizard (with account sign-in, uploads and mobile GPS capture) ships in Phase 3. During the pilot, registrations are captured by the Corngate field team — request a registration visit and we will schedule intake with you.
